Start the New Year out with New Beginnings! In a few weeks, it will be time for the Star of Hope Annual Banquet scheduled for Tuesday, February 6 at the Hilton Americas Hotel, featuring the very talented musical group Newsboys!
Star of Hope has so much to be thankful for, in particular our supporters who help Spark New Beginnings for our clients, as we start the new year providing them with new opportunities for a joyful life. Thanks to our donors, volunteers, churches and other supporters, we have grown to serve more homeless individuals and families in our city. God has blessed and grown this amazing ministry for 111 years now, through that strong support.
At the Banquet we will also honor three faithful friends who have been steadfast in their commitment to serve Star of Hope – Sherry and Jim R. Smith, Sr., and Jaci and Jim R. Smith, Jr. will receive the Heart of Hope Award and Donna Grehn will receive the George and Barbara Bush Points of Light Award.
