December is moving so fast, it’s hard to believe … Christmas is next week! It seems time speeds up and the days go faster during the last two months of the year. And ready or not, Christmas is here! Christmas music is on the radio, rejoicing in the birth of our Saviour! Everyone seems happier and wanting to help others. And God does amazing work in lives at Christmastime, especially at Star of Hope!
I am personally grateful to you for supporting and partnering with us this past year to provide the resources we’ve needed to help the thousands we have been called to serve. Thank you for sustaining us in our 110th Anniversary year of serving Houston’s homeless!
As we celebrate Christmas and face 2018, we know thousands more men, women and children in our community will experience homelessness and reach a crisis point in their lives. With your year-end support, we can take these challenges on with certainty and the resources we need to truly help each one.
With your continued help … we will work to help these individuals and families through their darkness and onward in their journey to a new life of faith, work and home.
