At a recent Star of Hope Transitional Living Center Commencement Ceremony, we were blessed to celebrate 16 women who were recognized for completing various Star of Hope educational programs!

When women and children in our city find themselves homeless, they need a safe place to stay and help in putting their lives back together. Many have sought Star of Hope’s Transitional Living Center for the quality recovery and educational programs we offer here. One of the most powerful things about serving at Star of Hope is witnessing the life transformation our clients achieve through Star of Hope Mission’s Personal and Professional Development Programs. Many of our graduates from these programs are now leading a successful life, with a good job and place of their own to live. Most importantly, many have a new or renewed relationship with Jesus Christ that is real and relevant in their daily living!

Star of Hope’s goal for every man, woman or family who comes to us for help is for them to find a new relationship with Jesus Christ, to learn to see themselves as whole, forgiven and loved by God, to get back on their feet with a good job they are committed to, and to live happier and healthier than ever before!

It is truly a blessing to witness clients make the decision to strive for a better life. We give God all the glory and would also like to thank you, our amazing donors and volunteers for continuously supporting our mission! These women are destined to fulfill their dreams, and this major milestone is evidence of that. Please keep them in your prayers!
