Summer of Hope

Summer is the worst time to be homeless in Houston. Imagine walking blocks just for a drink of water for your children…sleeping in a hot car…seeking shelter in a smoggy overpass. Day-to-day survival needs grow more difficult as temperatures climb. The gifts of kind-hearted, generous friends to Star of Hope ensure that food, water, cool shelter and other vital services are available to all in need. Click on any of the links below to see how your gifts to Star of Hope are making this a real Summer of Hope of men, women and children in need!
